We Tune-Up and Clean Gas Fireplaces
Our gas fireplace tune-up and cleaning service includes:
Inspect and clean/adjust pilot assembly
Clean and adjust fan and controls (where appropriate)
We can also add a new heat-blowing fan system! (additional charge)
Leak test all gas fittings
Reconstruct ember Bed
Additional embers can be added at no extra charge
Check log positioning
Test for carbon monoxide leaks
Check 100% safety shut-off mechanism
Check integrity of venting and firebox system
Check flame and burn characteristics
Check flame control thermostat, and switch circuit
Replace battery backup if needed
Remove and clean safety glass
Operational test once service complete
Remote controls and heat blowing fan installation are available (additional fee)
