The service was described in detail beforehand, so I knew what to expect. How long does carpet take to dry?
With our truck-mounted FiberLux™ extraction, most carpets are dry in 4 to 6 hours. You can walk on it right away with clean socks, and we can set up turbo speed dryers for faster drying, just ask.
Do you move furniture?
We move standard living room furniture like sofas, chairs, and end tables at no extra charge. Heavy items like pianos, beds, and big bookcases stay put and we clean around them.
Can you remove pet urine stains and odors?
In most cases, yes. Urine soaks below the surface into the backing and pad, which is why odors come back after a standard cleaning. Our DeepCore™ urine and stain recovery pulls it out from below the carpet and pad straight into our Super Truck, and we tell you up front what to expect.
What products do you use, and what about pets and kids?
Everything we use is a professional product applied according to its label. Safety Data Sheets with the ingredients of every product are on our SDS page. If anyone in your home has sensitivities, tell us and we can let you smell a product first or skip that treatment.
Do you do stairs and area rugs?
Yes. Stairs are priced per flight and area rugs are priced separately based on size. Both are included in your written quote.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
For most homes, once a year is the sweet spot. Homes with pets, kids, or heavy traffic do better every 6 to 9 months, and most carpet manufacturers require professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months to keep the warranty valid.
