Our Seattle 5-room special is $410 (each room up to 300 sq ft; area minimums apply for outlying cities) with FiberLux hot water extraction. Smaller jobs can come in lower and bigger homes get quoted on top of that. We give you a written estimate before any work starts so there are no surprises.
How long does carpet take to dry?
With our truck-mounted FiberLux extraction, most carpets are dry in 4 to 6 hours. If you want faster drying we can run professional air movers, just ask.
Do you move furniture?
We move standard living room furniture like sofas, chairs, and end tables at no extra charge. Heavy items like pianos, beds, and big bookcases stay put and we clean around them.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
Yes. We use non-toxic, low-residue cleaning solutions. Once the carpet is dry it is safe for pets and kids again.
Do you do stairs and area rugs?
Yes. Stairs are priced per flight and area rugs are priced separately based on size. Both are included in the written estimate.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
For most homes, once a year is the sweet spot. Households with pets, kids, or heavy traffic do better with every 6 to 9 months. Manufacturers usually require professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months to keep the warranty valid.
