Professional Quality and Workmanship

Our Commercial HVAC Cleaning Process Includes The Following:

R

The proposal process

We come out to your building free of charge and discuss with you your needs. We do an overview inspection of your systems, evaluate your needs and then recommend a solution. We then create a custom proposal for you to consider.
R

Proposal acceptance phase

f you accept our proposal we then discuss with you a plan of action and schedule a time frame for the work to begin based upon your convenience. We work on a 24/7 schedule.
R

Assessment Phase

We then do a more thorough assessment of the project. We consider the type and use of the building to plan for containments and protective measures we need to take to insure the safety of the building occupants and the building structure and furnishings. Our top priority will be to perform the project in such a way that the building is cleaner when we leave then it was when we arrive.
R

Scope of work and work plan

Based upon our assessment we then write out a scope of work and a work plan so that our technicians know which components to clean, what techniques to employ to clean them, what protective measures they need to take to protect the building and its occupants, and all the information our technicians need in order to successfully complete the project.

R

Scheduling phase

After we have a scope of work we then allocate the proper manpower and equipment that will be necessary to complete the project on schedule.
R

Arrive at sight

We usually start the project by covering desks and furnishings and carpeting with plastic drop cloths and put corner protectors on the walls.
R

Cleaning Phase

Clean one system at a time to NADCA standards. When we are cleaning a HVAC system we try to clean one system in its entirety before moving on to the next system. We clean the following components on a full system clean:

  • The air handler including the heat exchangers, the blowers, the filter racks, the plenums, the drain pans and the entire air passage way
  • We wash the evaporator coils
  • We clean the full length of the return air ducts
  • We clean the registers and diffusers
  • We clean turning vanes and dampers
  • We clean VAV boxes and mixing boxes
  • Repairing and replacement of some components is available
