Carpet & Tile Technician
$22 – $27 / hr + incentives
Run the truck, run the wand, talk to customers, find legitimate add-ons.
- No experience required
- Paid IICRC certification

Air Duct & Vent Technician
$21 – $26 / hr + bonuses
NADCA process work, dryer vents, indoor air quality consults.
- Paid NADCA certification
- Indoor environments background a plus
- Cross-train into carpet work
Customer Care Rep (CCR)
$20 – $22 / hr base + booking commission
Answer the phone, book the work, follow up on quotes, keep the schedule full.
- $27 – $35 / hr total with commission
- Phone and CRM experience preferred
- Shop-based, Mountlake Terrace
- Tight-knit team of 4 to 6 CCRs
In-Home Estimator / Salesperson
$60K – $120K+ OTE
Drive to the home, walk it with the customer, write the quote on the spot, close the deal.
- In-home sales experience required
- Commission-heavy, uncapped
- Vehicle allowance
Field Service Manager
Up to $102K · $82.5K–$90K base + bonus
Lead our carpet and air duct techs from the field, not a desk. Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start, no on-call.
- 3+ years supervising a field team
- Reports directly to the owner
- Company vehicle provided
Helper / Apprentice
$18 – $22 / hr
Ride along, learn the trade, work toward a tech role.
- Entry level
- Driver’s license required
- Pathway to a technician role
