The first appointment of the day arrives between 8:00 and 8:30 am. Later appointments get a two-hour arrival window. We text you your technician’s name and photo before the visit, and you get a text when your tech is on the way.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Someone needs to be home to let your technician in. After that, you don’t need to stay for the whole job.

Do you work on weekends?

Can I book now for after my remodel or before guests arrive?

Yes. You can book any time, before or after a remodel or a visit from family. If the work runs late or your plans change, text us and we will move your date. Many customers clean after the remodel so the construction dust only gets cleaned up once.

How long does upholstery take to dry after cleaning?

Usually 1 to 2 hours. Cushions are groomed and set to dry, and your tech walks the piece with you before leaving.
