Summit Club referral questions
Is there a limit on Summit Club referral rewards?
No cap on the $25 rewards. Refer four people, get four gift cards. One reward per new household, and the $200 Summit bonus can be earned once per 12 months.
When do I get my gift card?
After the person you referred has their job completed and paid. Our system checks daily, so the reward is usually in your inbox within a day or two.
How do I know the gift card email is really from Alpine?
We email you first to tell you a reward is coming and who referred. Alpine will never ask you for a password, a card number, or a payment to claim a reward. If an email asks for that, it is not us — call us and we will confirm.
Do I have to be a current Alpine customer to refer someone?
Yes. The person doing the referring needs to be an existing Alpine Specialty Services customer with a completed job on file. The friend or family member you send us can be brand new, and they still get $25 off.

The $25 discount applies to the referred customer’s first service and cannot be combined with other offers. The $25 gift card is issued after the referred job is completed and paid in full, one reward per referred household. The Summit bonus is earned at three completed referrals within one year and is a $200 gift card redeemable on Alpine services only; some restrictions apply. Alpine may modify or end this program at any time; rewards already earned will be honored.
