What to expect on the day
- First appointment of the day: your technician arrives between 8:00 and 8:30 am.
- Later appointments: you get a two-hour arrival window when you book, and a text with your technician’s name and photo before they arrive.
- Your price is confirmed before work starts. Your technician walks the job with you, goes over any options, and nothing is added without your okay.
- Our Always Yes guarantee: if anything about the job is not right, tell us and we come back and make it right. No time limit.
- Our Washington crews work seven days a week, so a Saturday or Sunday appointment is normal, not a special request.
Phones are answered Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4:30pm.
A note from the owner
That is me in the sailor suit. My father, Maurice Moe, started Alpine in 1969 and I grew up in the business. My wife Bobbie and I bought it from him in 2006, and every technician on this page was hired and trained by our team. If anything about your visit is not right, we make it right. That is the only way we know how to run this company.
