The FabricLux™ process
- Inspect and test. We identify the fabric, check the tag, and test our cleaner on a hidden spot before anything touches the cushions.
- Dry soil and pre-treat. Loose dust, hair and crumbs are vacuumed out first. Then we pre-treat arms, headrests and seat cushions where body oil and spills sit.
- Clean and extract. Our truck-mounted system rinses the fabric with controlled heat and pulls the soil and the moisture back out, so the piece is damp, not soaked.
- Groom, dry and walk through. Cushions are groomed and set to dry, usually 4 to 6 hours. We walk the piece with you before we leave.

Pet odor

Ultra Premium Upholstery Cleaning
Why customers prefer Alpine Specialty Services for furniture cleaning?
We Clean All Types Of Fabric & Leather Upholstery Including: Sofas, Loveseats, Chairs, Mattresses, Auto Interiors, RV’s And Custom Pieces.
FabricLux™ Furniture Restoration
Upholstered furniture quietly collects dust, body oils, allergens, and everyday spills—especially in the areas you use the most. Over time, this buildup dulls fabric, traps odors, and shortens the life of your furniture.
FabricLux™ Furniture Restoration is our premium upholstery cleaning process designed to deep clean fabric furniture safely and thoroughly. Using our truck-mounted steam system, we combine fabric-specific cleaning solutions with controlled heat and powerful extraction to remove embedded soil from deep within the fibers—without over-wetting or harsh residue.
Each piece is carefully inspected and pre-treated, then gently agitated to release buildup before being steam cleaned and deeply extracted. This process leaves upholstery visibly brighter, noticeably fresher, and quick-drying, while maintaining the natural softness and texture of the fabric.
FabricLux™ is ideal for sofas, sectionals, chairs, recliners, dining chairs, and other upholstered furniture, especially in homes with pets, children, or allergy concerns.
Professional care. Deep cleaning. Furniture you can feel comfortable relaxing on again.
Alpine LeatherLux™ Restoration System
Premium Leather Furniture Cleaning & Conditioning
Leather furniture deserves a different level of care than fabric or carpet. Oils from skin, everyday dust, and normal use slowly dull the finish, stiffen the leather, and darken high-touch areas.
Alpine LeatherLux™ Restoration System is our premium, leather-specific cleaning and conditioning service designed to safely restore the look, feel, and comfort of your leather furniture—without harsh chemicals or over-wetting.
What Makes Alpine’s Leather Cleaning Different
This isn’t a quick wipe-down or a one-step spray. Our process is methodical, controlled, and tailored to leather.
-
Leather-safe, pH-balanced cleaning agents
-
Professional horsehair brush detailing for seams and textured areas
-
Conditioning to restore softness and comfort
-
Optional protective finish for easier maintenance
The result: leather that looks cleaner, feels smoother, and wears more evenly over time.
The Alpine LeatherLux™ Restoration Process
1. Leather Evaluation & Pre-Inspection
We begin by identifying the leather type and inspecting wear patterns, body-oil buildup, and heavily used areas. This allows us to choose the safest and most effective approach for your specific furniture.
2. Dry Soil Removal
Loose grit and dust are removed first—an often-skipped step that prevents abrasive particles from being worked into the leather during cleaning.
3. Leather-Safe Deep Cleaning
A professional, pH-balanced leather cleaner is applied to break down body oils, residue, and embedded soil without stripping or drying the leather.
4. Horsehair Brush Detailing
We gently agitate the leather using natural horsehair brushes. This allows us to clean seams, stitching, piping, and textured grain areas where buildup hides.
5. Controlled Wipe-Down
Soil and cleaning residue are carefully removed, leaving the leather clean and natural—not sticky, slick, or over-wet.
6. Professional Conditioning
We finish with a premium leather conditioner that restores a soft, comfortable feel and helps maintain the leather’s flexibility and appearance.
Optional Upgrade: Alpine LeatherGuard™ Protective Finish
For homes that want added peace of mind, we offer Alpine LeatherGuard™ as an optional enhancement.

They called me an hour before the first possible arrival time to ask if it was ok to come 30 minutes earlier (yes!) to clean my couch. And the technician was extremely polite and friendly and personable. He worked conscientiously and carefully, respecting all other things in the house as well as proactively protecting my wood floors. He was in and out in about an hour and couch looks great!!
We had a cream colored sofa and matching chair. Also a very light colored sectional with several pet and coffee stains. Jesus got all the stains out. It looked like new again. I was very happy with Alpines cleaning service. We had several pieces of furniture cleaned and deodorized. Excellent job done. We were looking at purchasing new furniture, but not needed now with how our furniture was cleaned.
Elizabeth from Alpine did such an outstanding job cleaning my carpets, area rugs and sectional sofa! She was pleasant, thorough, careful and got the job done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend her and would hire her again in a heartbeat!!
We have four dogs and as you can imagine our furniture is not the freshest smelling in the world. Enter Jesus from Alpine Specialty Services. The work this technician did was phenomenal. Our couches, which were sadly neglected, look and smell like this is a pet free home. Jesus took time and care to ensure our furniture was clean and explained ways to assist in the drying. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.
2 long couches and a huge sectional along with 2 full room rugs. Get them cleaned every couple years for maintenance and Alpine did a great job. Looks brand new and smells great.
